During our visit to Bangkok last week, we brought our kids to Safari World where they could see lots of wild animals living in the open. All of us had a very good time, and I wonder if we should go for some African Safari Holidays some time later when my kids are older. Both my kids are big fans of Animal Planet and Discovery Channel, so they can recognized lots of animals by now. However, it would be different to see them in real, living in their natural habitat as comparing to watching the animals on the idiot box.
I thought it would be hard to plan a South African Safari trip, but it seems like everything can be easily planned online. I found that Magic Globe offers lots of Botswana Safari Holidays or other holidays around the Indian Ocean ranging from family trips to romantic honeymoons. If I’m worried that my little ones will be too exhausted for the journey, I can opt for cruising on the yacht while visiting some parts of South Africa.
But how long will it take before we can make this trip come true? I’m not so sure about it now. I have some travel destination in mind for the whole new year, maybe we can arrange one some years later.
Hello Shoppingmum
How old are your children and where will you be travelling from? Do you currently travel by air with the children?
Lots of questions, I know, but these will help you determine when you can plan to visit South Africa.
South Africa is very child friendly and the airlines are particularly good at assisting families with small children.
If I can be of any further help, do just ask!
Kind regards
Helen Palmer
Helen, thanks for dropping by. My eldest is only 3 years old, and both of my kids have been flying a lot, but not as far as to Africa. Let’s see if we have the budget for the trip one day, and I will surely have lots of questions for you then. LOL!
