Mangrove Trip Part 3: The Bat Cave and The Open Sea!

I don’t have a brain which is as good as the IBM memory, so before I forgot everything about my Langkawi trip, I better update everything about it! Here’s the 3rd part of the mangrove trip…I told you the trip is worth is as you will visit lots of places in a go!

After the fish farm, we went to the Bat Cave.

Bat Cave

It’s quite chilly in the cave, and I was quite afraid of the total darkness. We were given a flashlight so we could see the bats hanging upside down at the top of the cave.

The bats, can see or not?

I told with hubby that the bats might be waken up by us if we screamed in the cave. LOL! No, I didn’t do that, of course. I would be totally freaked out if they attacked me!

After that, we went to the open sea. We were asked to put on our safety jacket and it’s nice to see Thailand which is located not far away from Langkawi island. I love the boat ride on the speeding boat. It’s quite enjoyable.

Kilim Geoforest Park

We went back to the port at Tanjong Rhu shortly after. It’s a nice trip and I should bring my kids there one day. They will definitely love to see the eagles!
