Songkran in Thailand
Songkran is new year to Thai people and it’s celebrated on 13th to 15th April annually. It’s a water splashing event, and my first Songkran was celebrated in Khao San, where lots of tourists and locals gather to get wet together! It sounds like fun, but personally, I don’t like it. 
I don’t mind about the water, but I hate the powder on my face.
I guess you don’t have to dress well during Songkran. Unless you are in certain parts of Bangkok city where water splashing is not allowed, for other areas, you will most lightly be splashed by the locals.
These are some of the photos taken during my Songkran holiday. After seeing how the local Thai people splashing water everywhere, I decided to stay at the resort and stuff myself with junks until I need some weight loss pills.
