The Bridge on the River Kwai

The Bridge on the River Kwai
The Bridge on the River Kwai, is not only a novel or a movie, it’s always a historical spot in Kanchanaburi. We made a trip there after spending some time at Erawan waterfall, and by the time we reached there, the museum was closed and we didn’t manage to get a visit. Some said there is nothing interested about the museum, but anyway, we were too late to check it out.

Some photos outside the museum building.
We walked on the railway track for awhile, but we didn’t go across the bridge. It looks pretty dangerous for kids to do so, and I didn’t want to take the risk of my kids falling into the river.

I found that there are some stalls selling ivory products here, but for the sake of the elephants, please don’t buy any ok?

Ivory products from Burma.
If you are interested to see the bridge, check out the travel deals for Kanchanaburi. I think most of the tour agendas will include this bridge.
