Our Stay at Sida Resort in Nakhon Nayok

May-9-2009 By shoppingmum

We spent a night at Sida Resort, Nakhon Nayok during Songkran, and the place was not as packed as excepted. Most of the guests had already checked out on the day we arrived, so it’s a relaxing stay as I don’t like a resort which is too packed or noisy.

We didn’t book for the villa but just a simple room.

Too bad the bed is too small for us…

But I like the view.

If you are here with a group of people, it’s best to stay at the villas.

We spent the first day at the resort, and there are a few recreational activities for you to choose from.

My kids enjoyed horse riding, horse cart riding, and swimming mostly.

But for me, I preferred to stay away from the sun. Thus, I went for massage. But it’s not as good as I hoped for, and I felt like it’s a waste of money. I should have done a background check and see if the massage is good at this resort before trying it out.

Some of the photos which I’ve taken are:

It’s just for decoration, but this place is nice for an afternoon tea.

This resort is not any 5 star resort, but it’s not that bad. There are not a lot of choices in Nakhon Nayok, so if you are traveling to Nakhon Nayok, you might have to shortlist Sida Resort as one of your options.

Sida Resort in Nakhon Nayok

Hubby finally booked a room at Sida Resort in Nakhon Nayok, and he found that it’s cheaper to book online instead of getting the room from the resort directly. As long as the room is secured, who cares where and how he booked the room from? LOL!

But he only got one of those New Deluxe room which is more for our budget. We are going to Nakhon Nayok for a few days, so we don’t want to spend a lot on accommodation. Besides that, hubby wanted to change resort every night. :P

The room looks simple but since it’s situated by Nangrong waterfall, I guess I will enjoy the nice view. If we can spend more on the rooms, I would like to spend the nights at Haruman.

I like the furniture which looks like you are living as warlord of Phraram in Rammakient epic. This room looks very romantic to me!

Planning for Nakhon Nayok During Songkran

Mar-19-2009 By shoppingmum

My kids are having their 2 months summer holiday, and Songkran falls in April, when both hubby and I have our holidays too. Thus, hubby suggested that I plan a trip to Nakhon Nayok, which is only more than 110 km away from Bangkok city. This place is famous for its natural beauty and waterfall, and we have not been there before.

I’m still searching around for more information about accommodation in Nakhon Nayok for our 4 days stay, and hopefully, I can find some nice promotion at 2 nice resort, which come with promotional products too. LOL! A daily fruit basket will be nice to me. :P

I hope that my kids will like this place, but I can’t seem to find any horse riding activity in Nakhon Nayok. :P
